Park Ridge Project On The Rise With Launch Of Next Stage

The-Rise-Park-Ridge_620x380

The latest stage of the boutique residential project, The Rise, at Park Ridge has been launched after intense buyer demand sold out the previous releases.

'The Summit' is the fifth stage of The Rise and marks the halfway point of the 378-lot project, which was launched in April last year.

In keeping with The Rise’s commitment to affordability, The Summit will feature 49 home sites priced from $139,500, and offer a variety of house-and-land packages from $310,000.

The Summit is positioned close to The Rise’s centerpiece recreation precinct, Outlook Park, which features a state-of-the-art playground and green space.

Its launch comes after buyers pounced on all 83 lots in The Avenue (Stage 3) and The Pocket (Stage 4) releases which has now sold out.

Frasers Property Residential General Manager Cameron Leggatt said that a key driver of buyer interest was location, between Brisbane and Logan, above all.

“The community is close to major employment nodes and education facilities such as the Berrinba Industrial Estate and the Griffith University Logan Campus," he said.

"Brisbane is easily accessible for commuters via either the Logan Motorway or the Brown Plains park and ride bus station.

“Logan itself is a thriving part of south east Queensland, with plans for the new Park Ridge Town Centre and the expansion of Logan Hospital to support the projected population and economic growth in this area.

Interest has also been fuelled by affordability, attracting first home buyers especially since the Queensland Government’s First Home Owners’ Grant increased from $15,000 to $20,000 from July 1 for eligible buyers.

Lots in The Summit vary from 250 square metres to 513 square metres and offer frontages ranging from 10m to 15m to suit a range of house designs.

The Rise is being developed in eight stages and will house almost 1000 residents on completion.

At the heart of The Rise is the 10,000 square metre Outlook Park comprising elevated parkland with a state-of-the-art playground, open green space, a half basketball court, multiple covered picnic areas and a kick and throw area which was completed in the early stages of the project so all residents can enjoy it from the moment they move in.

First home buyers and grant recipients Renee and Michael Crawford purchased within The Summit and plan to start building their four-bedroom, two-bathroom dream home imminently.

“As soon as we drove into the estate, we immediately fell in love – we found a real sense of community and we can’t wait to move in and start our new lives," Mrs Crawford said.
