Metrics Credit Partners has won approval for a $504-million, 939-apartment precinct in Melbourne’s inner north.

The scheme expands a previously approved housing scheme by 420 homes and adds a supermarket, public plaza and affordable housing.

The proposal for Metrics’ project on 59-101 Alfred Street and 103-117 Boundary Road at Macaulay were submitted earlier this year with Victoria’s Department of Transport and Planning.
