An appeal by TAL GP Projects to allow the conversion of a mixed-use proposal to purpose-built student accommodation has been successful.
The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) found in favour of the developer this month.
TAL GP had filed plans for 851-853 Dandenong Road at Malvern East, 13km south-east of Melbourne’s CBD, to deliver an eight-storey mixed-use building with retail space, office space and apartments.
