Cardo Property Pitches Luxury Midrise for New Farm Riverfront
One of Brisbane’s most tightly held inner-city riverfront enclaves is slated for a high-end midrise addition under newly filed plans.
Sydney-based Cardo Property has pitched a six-storey proposal comprising 10 luxury apartments at New Farm, about 3km north-east of the CBD.
It is earmarked for a 810sq m site at 90-92 Oxlade Drive, occupying a prominent position fronting Merthyr Park along the banks of the Brisbane River.
