Mosaic Property Group Sells 95% of Apartments Off The Plan

C

Construction has commenced on Indooroopilly's Scribe on Clarence, the latest residential development by

Mosaic Property Group, a Brisbane-based company.

Scribe on Clarence will deliver 54 residential apartments across seven storeys, with prices starting from $395,000.

The project has almost completely sold out within two months of its release, and Mosaic Property Group’s Managing Director, Mr Brook Monahan, attributes the overwhelming sales success to the superb location and design of the apartments.

"Scribe on Clarence is currently unmatched in the area for the price point and design," he said.

“The roof-top terrace, featuring commercial barbeques and adjoining wet-bars, will provide the perfect entertaining area, encapsulating the Brisbane lifestyle.

“The location is second to none, being a mere 6 kilometres from the CBD and just minutes from the recently refurbished Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, cafes, restaurants, schools, sporting facilities and excellent public transport options"
Construction is expected to be completed in October 2015.
