Former Wallabies champion and corporate executive Phil Kearns joined the board of AV Jennings in 2019 and became chief executive in 2022. With more than 15 years’ corporate experience, he now leads one of Australia’s oldest builders into a new era of technology, including a new joint-venture to build prefab homes in 10 weeks.
