Lacey Keeps To Winning Recipe With New Brisbane Project

Reaching completion on their sold-out '9SW' apartment project in Sherwood did not appear to be enough for Lacey Developments, who announced they will be building 9SW a brother in a neighbouring site.

Construction of Lacey Developments’ new M25 project is underway, which will hold similar elements and characteristics to the company's 9SW.

Lacey Developments spokesperson Lachlan Lacey said the projects have similar open-plan two and three-bedroom designs and layouts, but M25 offers an even higher level of specification.

“M25 is a six-storey sanctuary built with integrity and innovation in mind,” he said.

“The quality of the apartments is reflected in the exposed brick interior, timber flooring, stone benchtops, high ceilings and broad windows.

“Buyers can have confidence in the product simply by looking at what has been created 100m away at 9SW.”

Lacey Developments will be responsible for both the development and construction of M25 which offers advantages for buyers searching for efficiencies in design and delivery, cost effectiveness and a singular vision.

The company has $30 million worth of work in the pipeline but its immediate focus is at Sherwood, which is only 9km from the CBD.

Duke Realty Director Sam Patterson said M25’s address is a huge lure for both owner-occupiers and investors.

Mr Patterson recorded six M25 apartment sales in the first weekend of its launch.

“For buyers who missed out on 9SW, this is their opportunity to secure just as great a product in a fantastic location,” he said.

“Sherwood is one of Brisbane’s more established and beautiful suburbs on the Brisbane River.

“Residents can walk to fantastic local cafes and restaurants on Sherwood Rd, and are just minutes to public transport.”

There is little need to leave M25 as entertaining options were thoroughly considered in the planning.

Construction is expected to be completed by December, 2017.
