Knight Frank Australia Expands Project Marketing Team

i

Knight Frank Australia’s Residential Project Marketing team is growing with two new key appointments made in Queensland and New South Wales.

Sam Kandil has been appointed as Knight Frank’s Head of Residential Project Marketing, New South Wales, and Chris Litfin (above centre) as Head of Residential Project Marketing, Queensland.

Mr. Sam Kandil, Knight Frank's Head of Residential Project Marketing, New South Wales[/caption]“We are building on our existing residential network in key hubs across the country. We have strong project marketing teams in cities including Brisbane, Sydney, Perth, Melbourne, Adelaide and the Gold Coast.

“Knight Frank is focused on creating a best-in-class marketing offering for residential project developers in Australia. Globally, we are one of the top residential property companies and we are looking to develop similarly locally,” said Mr Robinson.

Mr Litfin has over 20 years’ experience in project marketing and will be based both in Brisbane and the Gold Coast, joining Knight Frank’s Director, Project Marketing, Brisbane Gillian Bail who is located in Brisbane.

Originally running the business for PRD Gold Coast, which became Colliers, Mr Litfin went on to open his own business before joining CBRE to head up their project marketing team in Queensland. Mr. Litfin has been involved with some of the most high-profile projects on the Gold Coast, including the Q1 Resort and Spa, Ephraim Island and The Wave Resort.

Knight Frank’s Managing Director, Queensland, Ben McGrath said the moves mark a strategic hire for the business.

“We are pleased to welcome Chris Litfin on board to build upon our existing Residential Project Marketing team in Queensland joining Gillian Bail in Brisbane. The Queensland business has strong commercial roots and will continue to develop our residential offering as well, in line with the national business.

“Chris will have an immediate focus on driving activity in both the Gold Coast and Brisbane markets,” said Mr. McGrath.

Mr Kandil joins the NSW team with 25 years’ experience in property.

According to Knight Frank’s Managing Director, NSW Richard Horne, “Sam is a dynamic and results-driven property professional, with a successful track record in selling off-the-plan residential properties. Sam delivers exceptional customer service to both investors and owner occupiers.”

Mr. Kandil has led the sales of over 38 significant residential projects across all Sydney regions, including the Sydney CBD, achieving over $3.5 billion in sales in the last five years.
