ID_Land fast-tracks Truganina estate to meet demand

1

ID-Land has fast-tracked the latest release at its Elements community in Truganina as demand for land in Melbourne's Wyndham growth corridor continues to grow.

Since launching to the market late last year, the development has recorded more than 100 sales, prompting ID_Land to bring forward the release of the  Proxima precinct.

The Proxima release features 42 lots, 12 of them park fronting. Lots range from 263sqm to 512sqm, with prices starting from $154,000.

ID_Land director Mathew Belford said the demand for land at Elements had predominantly been driven by local buyers seeking to upgrade their lifestyle.

“Much of the feedback we’ve had from purchasers so far suggests the success of the development stems from the clever masterplan design which boasts a series of integrated parklands and wetlands, dedicated outdoor facilities suitable for all families and its proximity to the new Tarneit Train Station which is due to open June 2015.

He said the Proxima release would be the project’s first release with park facing lots.

“Reaching over 100 sales in such a short amount of time is something we are extremely proud of, we feel we’re creating something very special at Elements with a community that people will be proud to call home,” he said.
