DA Approved For Centuria's Mosman Residential Development

m

A residential property development application for a site in Mosman, Sydney has been approved by the

Joint Regional Planning Panel.

Centuria Property Funds Limited collaborated extensively with Mosman Council and community stakeholders to achieve a positive outcome for this project, which is located at the corner of Belmont Road and Military Road.

Centuria has appointed an exceptional team of experts to the development of Monarch Mosman, including architectural firm Bates Smart, to provide a quality residential development in the heart of Sydney’s lower North Shore.

The project will include 68 residential dwellings and ground floor retail space fronting Military Road.

Referring to the design, Jason Huljich of Centuria said, “Bates Smart were selected for the project as we believe that they have the experience and credentials to craft Centuria’s vision for Monarch, and we are delighted with the result.”

“Ensuring that the redevelopment enhances the amenity and use of the property for residents, business owners and the wider community was a very important issue and we spent a lot of time making sure that community and council concerns were taken into account throughout the process.”

Mr Huljich says Centuria believes that the project will be extremely well received by both owner-occupiers and astute investors alike.

“The selling agency,

Ray White Projects, expects to receive a high level of enquiry,” Mr Huljich said.

The development will offer 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, terraces, townhouses and flexible live/work Sohos and will include specifications befitting a bespoke development in this outstanding location.
