Family Firm Files 17-Storey Tower Plans for West Perth

A South African family who has relocated to WA is planning a 17-storey mixed-use tower near the City West Perth train station.
The De Canha family, which focuses on tech and finance, has filed plans with the City of Perth under an entity led by Daniella, Nicholas and Manny De Canha.
They have already signed on the construction company Schlager Group for early investigations into the project.
