The fourth annual The Urban Developer Awards, in association with Trilogy Funds, recognises standout property industry performers from across Australasia.

About this project

Lowe Living’s Alamer on Black Street, Brighton offers residents the luxury of oceanside living in comfort with four well-appointed apartments and one townhouse on the 910sq m site.

The floor area for each residence range from 188sq m to 252sq m over three storeys and a basement level.

Wolveridge Architects designed the project, with Fiona Lynch-designed interiors and Eckersley Garden Architecture landscaping.

The development brings the luxury of free-standing homes of the area to the townhouse and apartment market.

Project details

  • The four apartments have three bedrooms and the townhouse comprises two bedrooms.

  • Despite the exclusive and demanding expectations of the local Brighton demographic, and the highly competitive nature of this suburb’s property market, the entire development was sold off-the-plan prior to construction.

  • Each bespoke residence was customised to its purchaser with a spacious entertainer’s kitchen and state-of-the-art Gaggenau appliances.
