The Madison Makes Most of Arncliffe’s Rising Star

Link and Wynn Construction The Madison Arncliffe NSW

A 180-apartment development in NSW hotspot Arncliffe is defying the down turning market with interest from local investors on the rise.

The project, The Madison Residences, is being developed by the iCIRT (3 Star) rated Wynn Construction Group and will be built by Wynn Construction.

The site in Arncliffe, just 11km south of the Sydney CBD, has views toward the city and over Botany Bay. Construction is due to commence at the end of this year.

The project has already achieved more than 50 per cent of its sales in an off-market campaign with LINK that began in October, 2022.

The project has attracted Australian investors, who understand the Sydney market, as well as first home buyers who see the project as a smart choice given its proximity to the CBD and transport links.

Arncliffe has been identified as a key investment location by many major property portals, which is driving strong demand in the area, specifically from local investors and first home buyers.

LINK chief executive Michael Klevansky said when they had looked at the project, they could see the value uplift in its future.

“With great access to transport and water views the project is incredible,” he said.

“The transformation of Arncliffe has begun and buyers in this project will be able to take advantage of a great lifestyle and investment decision”.

Wynn Construction Group owner Danny Daher said they had worked hard to make sure they designed a product that fitted the marketplace.

“There is a serious shortage of good quality, market-priced property in the area and we were able to execute on the opportunity,” he said.

Arncliffe is currently going through a significant gentrification and regeneration phase and will be unrecognisable in the next five years as public and private investment take advantage of its location.

The project will launch to the market in April.
