Theo Onisforou’s Angus Property Development has secured concept approval for a $53-million mixed-use development with 250 co-living rooms at Alexandria, south of Sydney’s CBD.

The proposal for 290–294 Botany Road, designed by Antoniades Architects, will replace two existing commercial buildings on a 2561sq m site at the corner of Botany Road and Wyndham Street.

Concept plans include eight levels of co-living accommodation, two ground-floor retail tenancies and communal living areas, alongside a basement with 20 car, 281 bicycle and two motorcycle spaces.
