New Land Released At Gainsborough To Meet Demand

Gainsborough-Greens-3_620x380

Gainsborough Greens, a masterplanned community on the Gold Coast, has started 2017 with a fast-tracked release of a new stage of homesites, following a record $110 million in sales in 2016.

The new release features 39 homesites, nestled alongside a conservation reserve and surrounded by green open space, and represents the final chance to secure a place in the popular 'The Sanctuary' precinct.

The homesites have been launched to meet the high demand at Gainsborough Greens, situated in Pimpama in the Gold Coast's rapidly expanding northern corridor, with more than 450 lots snapped up in 2016 alone.

The Sanctuary release will feature homesites sized from 375 square metres to 817 square metres, starting from $235,000.

Mirvac Queensland Residential General Manager Warwick Bible said the new land release was one of the most picturesque to be launched at Gainsborough Greens to date.

"The homesites are situated in a quiet pocket, with many overlooking the conservation reserve, which provides beautiful aspects," he said.

"As a result, we're expecting these homesites to be in particularly high demand."Mr Bible said Gainsborough Greens spoke to first home buyers, growing families stepping up to their next property, empty nesters and investors through its location and design.

"Its location in one of Queensland's fastest growing areas, which positions residents within easy reach of both the heart of the Gold Coast and Brisbane, is a key aspect.

"The design of the masterplan adds to the appeal, with more than 65 per cent of the community dedicated to green open space, including the Gainsborough Greens Golf Course.

"The significant new and planned infrastructure in the northern Gold Coast corridor, including schools, shops and sporting facilities, also means residents have access to a range of services right at the doorstep, with more on the horizon."
