Mirvac Secures Cisco Systems For Brisbane HQ

Mirvac Group has signed an agreement with global IT provider Cisco Systems to lease space in Mirvac’s Brisbane headquarters at 340 Adelaide Street.

Cisco has committed to 658 sqm of space on Level 5 for a term of five years, commencing in September 2015.

Located on the fringe of the Golden Triangle in Brisbane’s CBD, 340 Adelaide Street offers a NABERS energy rating of 5 Stars, secure parking for 100 vehicles, a modern End-of-Trip facility and excellent access to all forms of public transport and local amenity.

Andrew Butler, Mirvac’s Group Executive, Office and Industrial said: “This lease is testament to the excellent office space available, as well as the sought after location.""We are delighted to welcome Cisco Systems who will join other major tenants including Fairfax Media at 340 Adelaide Street."Mirvac was represented in the transaction by Colliers International agents Mark McCann and Kelly Moon, and Knight Frank’s Graham Clarkson and Jamie Nason.
