
Australia's $4.8-billion management rights industry is undergoing a dynamic shift, according to industry research.
Developers are increasingly offering ‘business-only’ assets, uncoupling the real estate assets from the management rights business and it’s a trend that is here to stay, according to ResortBrokers director Alex Cook.
Cook said that 10 years ago management rights were almost always sold with a manager’s apartment and an expectation of onsite management.
