Triple-Storey Penthouse Tops Graya’s Biggest Tower to Date
Hot on the heels of a deal for a beachfront site at Byron Bay, south-east Queensland developer Graya is tackling its biggest tower yet, further north on the Gold Coast.
Andrew Gray, who heads up the business alongside brother Rob, told The Urban Developer the three-storey penthouse at the developer’s latest Broadbeach project, Enclave, is “what we think will be the best penthouse on the Gold Coast”.
The $140-million, 23-storey tower is the biggest the developer has taken on to date, but Gray says it could be indicative of a harder pivot into multi-residential.
