The sleek four-storey scheme—featuring tapered slab edges and a minimalist design—comprises 37 one, two and three-bedroom apartments.

It is slated for a 2234sq m site spanning four lots bookended by Tallebudgera Drive and Murlong Crescent at Palm Beach, the city’s midrise urban renewal mecca.
