Developer Duo File Shoptop Scheme for Penshurst

The shops with 36 apartments above would replace seven lots at 330-342 Penthurst Street and 224 Sydney Street in North Willoughby on an irregular 1108sq m site.

A father-son cleaning and developing team have filed plans to replace a strip of inter-war shops on the main drag at North Willoughby.

Sam Koura and son Mathew, who run Sunblest Cleaning Services, have filed the plans for the shoptop development with the Willoughby City Council.

The family had reduced its plans from six to five storeys before filing the application.
