An odd coupling is creating new neighbourhoods and highly sought-after projects by attracting residents and staff alike.

People aged 55 years and over make up 26-34 per cent of the population depending on their location, and this cohort will continue to grow, according to the Australian Bureau of Statistics. 

While multi-generational homes are commonplace in other parts of the world, multi-generational mixed-use and university campus life could be an option and opportunity for both seniors and developers.
