St Albans Gets Housing Boost With New $125M Community

Cedar Woods Properties Limited is set to boost new housing stock in St Albans with the launch of a new $125 million residential development in St Albans,  north-west of Melbourne’s CBD.

Designed by DKO Architects,  St. A will feature a mix of 235 townhouses and detached homes, plus 40 apartments with a mixture of one and two bedrooms. There will also be a landscaped central park for residents and members of the community.
