The finalists for The Urban Developer’s 2026 Urban Leader Awards, presented by Zagga, have been revealed.

Now in its third year, the program recognises the individuals shaping Australia’s cities. More than 160 people have been shortlisted this year, spanning developers, builders, architects, planners, engineers, financiers, marketers and government leaders.

Every award is made to the person, not the project or the company. Every submission was assessed against the same six weighted criteria: leadership, growth, innovation, responsibility, bravery and distinction.
