Brisbane's Portside Wharf Sees Apartment Sales Surge

P

The 14 terraces occupy the first two levels of Portside Wharf's latest luxury residential building which is currently under construction and due for completion early next year.

Brookfield Residential Properties Regional Director Lee Butterworth

said Pinnacle buyers were predominately owner occupiers from surrounding suburbs who were drawn to the lifestyle at Portside Wharf.

"River Terraces, two and three bedroom apartments have been snapped up by owner occupiers looking to take advantage of the thriving Portside Wharf precinct and avoid the maintenance headaches of owning a large home," he said.

"Our exclusive River Terraces have each been individually designed to create a seamless transition from indoor to outdoor living, and with direct access to the wharf and vibrant Portside Wharf precinct, they really are an entertainer’s dream."The terraces feature outdoor terraces of up to 76 square metres, some with direct private access to the wharf and river walk, the two-storey residences feature two bedrooms, two bathrooms plus powder room and two car spaces with prices starting from $795,000.

Monica Bradley

, a Brisbane-based company director who recently purchased a River Terrace at Portside Wharf, said she was drawn to the precinct because she could "walk to wine and walk to coffee".

"The River Terraces have enough living space indoors, but what really appealed to me was the incredible pop-up living space the terrace gave me".

The terraces feature outdoor terraces of up to 76 square metres, some with direct private access to the wharf and river walk, the two-storey residences feature two bedrooms, two bathrooms plus powder room and two car spaces with prices starting from $795,000.

Pinnacle's remaining River Terraces range in size from 92 square metres to 171 square metres with outdoor living spaces ranging from 11 square metres to 64 square metres.

Pinnacle is the fifth residential building at Portside Wharf, with Promenade, Flare, Loft and Infinity now complete, and Link also under construction.

Sales in Pinnacle have reached over $70 million with more than half of the 162 apartments now sold.
