BridgeLane Property Rises As Sydney’s Inner-Ring Residential Specialists

IMAGE-6_BridgeLane_TUD_620x380

BridgeLane Property Group continues to exceed all expectations when it comes to delivering high-end, boutique residential apartments in Sydney. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering superior quality, BridgeLane is leaving a positive mark in Sydney’s most desirable suburbs.

With highly successful projects completed including the luxurious warehouse-conversion ‘Cargo Lane’, Alexandria and boutique ‘Element’, Crows Nest, BridgeLane is currently delivering high-end residences in Surry Hills, Gladesville and Northbridge.

Hutch & Hutch, Surry Hills - PenthouseThe BridgeLane philosophy is underpinned by a desire for uncompromised quality throughout the entire development life cycle. BridgeLane is committed to unique, creative design concepts and unquestionable quality in all aspects of delivery.

“The detail in design and proven quality of product gives us our competitive edge," BridgeLane Property Director Anthony Andreatta said.

Cargo Lane, Alexandria - Completed Warehouse Conversion"The positive feedback we have had from our purchasers is a testament to the apartments we deliver."The two completed projects, Cargo Lane and Element, were both nominated as finalists at the UDIA Development Excellence Awards for 2015 and 2016 respectively.

Cargo Lane, Alexandria - Completed Warehouse ConversionA key ingredient to the BridgeLane brand is their ability to take on complicated sites that they believe have potential to unlock unique and captivating results. The recent success of ‘Hutch & Hutch’ is a prime example of this, being a complex heritage warehouse conversion in the heart of Surry Hills.

‘Hutch & Hutch’ is a special development utilising the existing warehouse features and incorporating contemporary, oversized residences. BridgeLane worked closely with SJB Architects during a meticulous design stage, with the outcome truly impressive.

The project was successfully launched to market in October 2016 with only a selection of 3 Bedroom residences remaining. The quality of design was a key factor to the projects success, which received over 2,000 enquiries and sold 14 apartments within the first week.

Billyard, GladesvilleOn the back of a successful launch, BridgeLane have recently released a brand new 3 Bedroom residence. The Brunswick Residence, named after the original occupiers of the warehouse ‘Brunswick Records’, comprises an exceptional 190 square metres of floor space on the ground floor of this striking building.

The Brunswick Residence maintains the original features of the warehouse including the oversized timber windows and dramatic exposed brick walls with high 3.3m ceilings, whilst providing all the luxuries of a contemporary living space. This blend of history and modern design results in a truly unique residence in one of Sydney’s most sought after suburbs.

Adam Haddow, of SJB Architects, works closely with BridgeLane and provided some insight into their vision of residential property.

Hutch & Hutch, Surry Hills - Brunswick Residence kitchen“Bridgelane are focused on delivering design excellence to their purchasers - they are incredibly passionate about ensuring value for money while achieving remarkable outcomes. Bridgelane understand that contemporary living is equally about the internal environment as it is about external place making.

It is important that your apartment is functional, but at the same time people want to live in a building they can be proud of. We love working with Bridgelane – it is a pleasure to share their passion for delivering exceptional living environments."Anthony Andreatta says that BridgeLane will continue to contribute to Sydney’s landscape in a positive way.

Element, Crows Nest“Our passion for residential development is evident through the projects we deliver. We will continue to provide cutting edge designs and evolve in order to meet our buyer’s demands. We are committed to maintaining and building on our reputation as a leader in developing boutique apartments in the inner suburbs of Sydney."Visit the Surry Hills display suite to inspect the BridgeLane quality for yourself, open on Saturdays and Sundays through CBRE.
