Scheme to Unlock 362 Lots in Tasmania Revealed

Brighton Council has advanced planning for a 362-lot residential development to help tackle Tasmania’s housing shortage as the Boyer Road Precinct shapes up as among the region’s largest new housing estates.
The 109ha greenfield development, 800m west of Bridgewater and 30 minutes north of Hobart by road, has been earmarked for urban development since 2013 under the Southern Tasmania Regional Land Use Strategy.
The project, labelled a significant opportunity for property developers, comprises six private properties offering multiple entry points for development partnerships or acquisitions.
