Arbour On Charlotte Almost Sold Out

A

The second stage of apartments at the Arbour on Charlotte development in Chermside is on track to be sold out ahead of its completion later this year.

As construction moves ahead, the second instalment of the $55 million Property Solutions project is almost 85 per cent sold.

Construction contractor CMF Builders is poised to start work on the apartment component of the 10-storey building following completion of the two car park levels.

The development is due to be delivered in the fourth quarter of the year, with the first residents expected to move in by Christmas.

Property Solutions sales and marketing manager Elisa McMahon said just 12 of the 74 apartments in stage two remained for sale.

Ms McMahon said the development had become one of the fastest selling projects in Chermside as buyers responded to the area’s status as a burgeoning employment, public transport and retail hub.

“Chermside has become a desirable precinct for locals and investors who recognise the suburb’s potential,” she said.

“It is a key destination along Queensland Transport’s future Northern Busway route and is home to the expanding Westfield Chermside, which continues to stimulate the local economy with job creation, retail opportunities and spin-offs for small business locally.

“Arbour on Charlotte’s proximity to the heart of Chermside has been instrumental in its sales success.”

Arbour on Charlotte is located directly opposite Westfield Chermside and short walking distance from Gympie Road, Kedron-Wavell Services Club and Chermside Aquatic Centre.

The second stage of the project comprises one and two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 70sqm to 89sqm. Remaining stock is priced from $350,000.

All will incorporate environmentally sustainable initiatives such as strategic shading, individually metered gas hot water, energy-efficient lighting and efficient split-system air-conditioning.

Property Solutions’ in-house property management team will provide on-site management and letting services.
