Victoria Clears Way for ‘Australia’s Largest Industrial Precinct’

ASX-listed Dexus and Boral’s joint-venture for an almost $14.9 billion industrial precinct on Melbourne’s west fringe is one of two projects to progress via a bespoke state planning pathway.

Pelligra’s neighbouring industrial precinct at Truganina is the second. Both ventures will work with the state Department of Transport to fund arterial road upgrades.

Dexus and Boral’s project on Bunurong land is 10km west of the Melbourne CBD at Ravenhall. Caroline Springs station is next to the north-east corner of the precinct.
