Another Link in South Sydney’s development chain

Link

project

is a new $125-Million residential and retail development at Zetland designed by the award-winning Turner + Associates that links urban sophistication and convenience with space and nature.

The first stage of Link

is a linear building stepped from five to seven storeys with 72 one and two-bedroom apartments, the majority of which have studies and parking.

Link

has two visually-striking buildings on the perimeter of the site, ‘enveloping’ a generous central parkland which will be irrigated by rainwater collected and stored underground.

“A bonus for residents is a private 2,000sqm landscaped retreat with lawns, seating nooks and gardens,” said Dan Szwaj from Turner + Associates. “This will be planted on top of a colonnade of shops, retail services and dining options.”

In total there will be a 3,200sqm public plaza, potentially housing a childcare centre, gymnasium and a commercial showroom.

Link

’s product mix is broken down as follows:

  • 13 one-bedroom apartments                                     From $490,000           Ave size: 61m

  • 18 one-bedroom plus study                                        From $490,000           Ave size: 65m

  • 5 two-bedroom apartments                                        From $681,000           Ave size: 90m

  • 36 two-bedroom plus study                                        From $686,000           Ave size: 95m

The development is situated on over a hectare and is situated on Link Road.

The final stage of Link

will be a 14-level tower of 157 apartments.

Link is a flagship project for Tripod International, a Sydney-based builder of apartments and retail centres for over 20 years.
