Chinese Group Launches New York Styled Apartment Project in North Sydney

m

North Sydney will get its own taste of New York lifestyle with a stunning new residential project – The Miller.

Designed by world renowned architects PTW, the designers of the famous Water Cube Aquatic facility for the 2008 Beijing Olympics as well as Sydney’s Barangaroo, The Miller is the first residential project by the Yuhu Group.

Located at 221 Miller Street, North Sydney, The Miller will comprise of 183 residential apartments and 100 separate executive serviced apartments. Residents will have the opportunity to live a New York lifestyle with a concierge service and access to world class hotel amenities.

Ray White Projects. has been appointed as project marketer.

Yuhu Group Chairman Xiangmo Huang said the the project would set a new standard in North Sydney living.

“Residents of The Miller will feel like they are living in a luxury hotel. With an optional concierge service, gym and restaurants and even room service just to name a few features, with Sydney CBD and North Sydney Business districts right on your doorstep, and easy access to bus, rail or the new Sydney Metro line,” he said.

Ray White Projects Director Eddie Mansour said this was one of the most exciting projects on offer in Sydney at the moment, thanks to its prime location and absolute grandeur. “The features and detail of The Miller is a very rare offering within the residential market in Sydney. The lobby is immense, oversized actually, and the feeling of space and opulence will be evident as soon as you step through the door.”

“North Sydney is experiencing a significant rebirth with an increase in residential dwellings, restaurants, cafes, world class schools, and close to the CBD, with unbeatable views of the harbour foreshore, and access to Sydney’s exclusive Lower North Shore suburbs,” he said.
