West Sydney Office Sells To Singapore Listed Company
Listed Singapore-based
Raffles Education Corporation, has acquired Enterprise House office building in west Sydney for $29 million.
Raffles will convert the six-storey modern commercial building located on Fitzwilliam Street in Parramatta, into a permanent campus for the company's Raffles College of Design and Commerce.
The building was purchased from a local private investor who had owned it since 2011 and has a net lettable area of 9,782 square metres on 2,049 square metre site.
Arlan Domingo and Peter Hanzis from Knight Frank brokered the sale.
