Vermont Property Group has secured approval for Ku-ring-gai’s first apartment project delivered under the NSW Government’s Transport Oriented Development (TOD) policy.

Ku-ring-gai Council was the last to adopt a TOD precinct plan, finalising its alternative scheme in November 2025 after intervention from the state government.

Sydney-based Vermont’s development at Roseville dubbed The Henry was granted approval by the Sydney North Regional Planning Panel last week.
