Irving Street Malvern is a trio of bespoke homes, distinctive in their own right, but unified by the same palette of materials.
Figurehead, as developer and builder, wanted to bring this particular home builder experience to the market by not only offering sophisticated, domestic architecture, but also a unique level of customisation.
The off-the-plan buyers of 18 Irving were highly involved in the design process from the beginning and were well informed of the product, and could make design decisions and changes in consultation with the architect as required.
The three houses sit on a 726sq m site, with the largest, 20 Irving, spanning four levels (including basement) and featuring four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and three car garage over 373sq m NSA.
Along with generous internal expanses, each townhouse includes a large amount of private open space.
The ground floor features 110sq m of garden area. The wrap-around garden on all three facades ensures landscaping and greenery is visible from every room.
