About this project

Bringing a tropical rainforest to Sydney, Crown Group created Waterfall, an SJB Architects-designed, $400-million project in Waterloo with 331 apartments across 11,812 square metres.

Sitting at the end of a new linear public park, the ambition for Waterfall was to contribute to the village—to create a series of buildings that fold energy inwards for the enjoyment of residents and outwards for the benefit of the community.

A nature-inspired wellness oasis, the project boasts an internal lagoon with a bamboo walk, more than 5000 plants on vertical green walks, a private cinema and Australia’s tallest man-made waterfall.

  • A nature-inspired wellness oasis, the project boasts an internal lagoon with a bamboo walk, more than 5000 plants on vertical green walks, a private cinema and Australia’s tallest man-made waterfall.

  • The mix comprises of 150 one-, 190 two-, 36 three-bedroom apartments and five penthouses across the four buildings.
