undefined

The winners of the 2022 The Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence were announced at a gala dinner at The Star on The Gold Coast on Thursday night.

The fifth annual awards, in association with Trilogy Funds, recognise standout property industry performers from across Australasia.

Hosted by comedian and architecture enthusiast Tim Ross, 500 of the industry’s movers and shakers joined The Urban Developer to celebrate more than 100 finalists across 20 categories from across Australia and New Zealand.

The Urban Developer founder and chief exectutive Adam Di Marco said the quality of the submissions this year had been “nothing short of outstanding”.

“We're absolutely thrilled to bring together such an outstanding selection of finalists and winners from across Australia and New Zealand.”

“The quality of the submissions makes for a very challenging judging process.”

Here are the finalists and winners of this year's awards.
