Living Company’s $17bn East Coast Housing Push Gains Momentum

Three living-sector milestones have moved ahead for The Living Company, giving the platform with more than $17 billion under management fresh momentum across rental and retirement models.

The owner-operator behind Scape and Aveo has secured approval for a Waterloo co-living scheme [pictured at top], started construction on its first Zetland build-to-rent community and begun $150-million worth of new Aveo stages in Brisbane.

Founder and joint chief executive Stephen Gaitanos said the projects reflected Australia’s changing demographic and lifestyle needs.
