Mirvac’s $336m Green Square BtR Towers on Show for Second Time

The $336-million stage 3 of Mirvac’s Green Square precinct is again on show after submissions from the first exhibition provoked a rethink of retail tenancies.

The amended scheme on show until October 30 will retain its three towers of 14, 19 and 21 storeys, as well as 504 of the initially-proposed 511 built-to-rent apartments.

However, design changes across the proposal at 960A Bourke Street aim to improve non-residential outcomes, solar access and overshadowing, and canopy cover among other elements.
