Sydney’s skyline will reach new heights as a new residential project in Chatswood by Galileo Fund Management is set to be the city’s highest residential tower.
Comprising 60 floors and reaching 240 metres high, the project, Metro Residences, has been developed by Galileo, with its fellow investor ISPT.
Concept design for the project was done by renowned Australian architects COX Design Inc.
Located above the Chatswood Transport Interchange, the Metro Residences is described as the new landmark residential address on the North Shore.
Comprising one, two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses, every apartment has been designed to maximise the location and city, harbour, mountain and ocean views.
Metro Residences feature expansive living spaces, multipurpose wintergardens, contemporary kitchens and deluxe bathrooms.
Metro is located close to Sydney’s shopping and restaurant precinct, with easy transport access to the city, beaches and Northwest.
