Seven-Building Precinct Revealed for Canberra’s South

A significant build-to-rent masterplan proposed for the ACT would deliver 888 residential units across seven buildings at Phillip, south-west of the CBD.

The development application for the $42.3-million project has been filed by Planit Strategic on behalf of Canberra Southern Cross Club.

The masterplan developed by Stewart Architecture includes seven buildings (Buildings A-G) from six to 16 storeys over a total gross floor area (GFA) of about 70,000 square metres.
