Hyecorp Reveals 267-Unit Upper North Shore Project
As it becomes clearer what an Upper North Shore Sydney council wants its Transport Oriented Developments to look like, developers are forging ahead in identified suburbs.
The latest developer in Ku-ring-gai Council local government area is Hyecorp, whose 267-unit Roseville project is on exhibition as a State Significant Development.
The project would develop an amalgamated site at Roseville that was identified alongside similar station-adjacent precincts at Gordon, Lindfield and Killara as a preferred TOD precinct for the council.
