Precinct-Defining Block Goes to Market

24dc9680-4489-41b1-95a1-130022331ccc

Colliers and JLL have launched an expression of interest campaign for a 3.12ha urban block in Brisbane’s western corridor.

The site is at 159-177 Progress Road, Richlands and is a district centre zoned development site.

The agents said the large size of the site would appeal to a multitude of potential users as well as developers and investors looking for an “at scale” precinct creating opportunity.

“The flexible zoning will allow for a broad range of development outcomes including fuel, retail, showroom, outdoor retailing, recreational, childcare, medical, storage, light industrial and residential,” a spokesperson said.

The site has 182m frontage to Progress Road and is close to Richlands train station and bus interchange, as well as access to the Centenary Highway.

The fully leased Home Co centre and other retail outlets are nearby.

The area’s catchment includes major south-east Queensland growth housing.

Expressions of interest close at 4pm on Thursday, November 4, 2021.

Contact the exclusive agents for a confidential discussion about the property and to receive the information memorandum: Colliers’ Philip O’Dwyer, 0451 419 885; and Samuel Biggins, 0410 979 075; and JLL’s Gary Hyland, 0413 288 933; and Nick Bandiera, 0421 881 093.
