Oliver Hume Plots 290-Lot West Gippsland Land Lease Project

Oliver Hume Regen Living Baw Baw Shire Drouin development application

Oliver Hume Property Funds is planning a new land lease residential community in the West Gippsland town of Drouin.

The fund manager’s ReGen Living brand is planning what would be its third community for a site at 181 Garden and Holman Road.

It has applied via the Development Facilitation Program pathway to develop the rural site into a masterplanned community in a rural living zone.
