Plans have been filed for a seven-storey residential development that aims to bring high-end apartment living to south-east Queensland’s Redcliffe waterfront.
The proposal lodged by 54 PEP Pty Ltd, linked to local businessman Damion Bielby, comprises 10 three-bedroom apartments topped by a four-bedroom, full-floor penthouse.
It is earmarked for a 996sq m site at 54 Prince Edward Parade, which changed hands in July last year for $3.8 million.
