Fivex Pivots from Office to Homes for 61-Storey Chatswood Skyscraper

Plans for what would become the tallest tower in a rapidly evolving eastern Sydney centre have gone public.

The 61-storey highrise proposed for Chatswood are on exhibition as developer Fivex seeks a 490-apartment yield at a cost of $577 million for the site at 815 Pacific Highway.

The scheme is a seven-storey uplift from the plan originally endorsed by the Housing Delivery Authority and would be the tallest in Chatswood. An earlier 2025 SSD application for a 54-storey build-to-rent tower was withdrawn.
