Victorian-Era Bakehouse Central to Lowe Living’s Adaptive Reuse Plan
Lowe Living is switiching up the midrise strategy for its latest project, theadaptive reuse of a heritage Victorian bakehouse at Middle Park.
After winning the Excellence in Marketing Innovation category this year at The Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence, Lowe Living is now plotting the redevelopment of 123-125 Erskine Street, 5km south of Melbourne CBD.
Lowe is applying to the Victorian Department of Transport and Planning for the project via the Great Design Fast Track of the Port Phillip Planning Scheme after the Minister for Planning confirmed its eligibility.
