Lend Lease Closes Bunnings Deal

Lend Lease's Australian Prime Property Fund has bought an empty Bunnings Warehouse at Hemmant near the Port of Brisbane for $21.2 million.

The 18,289 square metre facility sits on a 35,430 square metre site and has been vacant since April this year.

According to The Australian Financial Review, Lend Lease had been looking for industrial assets and is confident in re-leasing the facility.

Colliers International's Queensland Chief Executive Simon Beirne

and Director for industrial Anthony White brokered the deal.
