Kincrest has received planning approval for its Hollick Place apartment development at North Essendon through Victoria’s Great Design Fast Track pathway.

Hollick Place is a 36-apartment shoptop development at 1009-1013 Mount Alexander Road at North Essendon, three doors from the developer’s sold-out The Watson project.

Designed by Carr Architecture, the eight-storey scheme has 221 sq m of ground-floor retail alongside a mix of two, three and four-bedroom apartments, plus communal amenities including a gym, lounge and outdoor terraces.
