Keylin Plots Kangaroo Point Tower to Plug Mid-Market Gap

Against the backdrop of Brisbane’s inner-city apartment squeeze and mounting pressure for the delivery of more diverse housing, developer Keylin has filed plans for a 15-storey tower focused squarely at its mid-market supply gap.
The proposal earmarked for a 1012sq m site at 39 Lambert Street, Kangaroo Point, in the tightly held riverside precinct.
Designed by Jackson Teece, the scheme comprises 52 apartments, of which 48 are slated for two-bedroom layouts in a bid to appeal to owner-occupiers and downsizers priced out of the city’s mostly higher-end developments.
