Hengyi has changed its apartment plans for a Melbourne beachside suburb after previous plans were ruled out by VCAT.
The new plans propose a trio of seven-storey apartment buildings comprising 123 apartments, a commercial tenancy and two levels of basement parking at Sandringham, 18km south by road from the city centre.
The developer, who is also behind Swanston Central and the purple Light House tower in Melbourne as well as Pacifica, Auckland, has had plans for the site in the works for several years.
