Graya Plots Three-Storey Bump for Hamilton Scheme
Three storeys would be added to Graya’s “village-like” precinct on Brisbane’s Racecourse Road under amendments now before the city.
The initial plans for the project at 63 Racecourse Road in the riverside suburb of Hamilton, 6km from Brisbane CBD, were unveiled in June 2025.
They were approved by October, alongside Fortis’s four-storey shoptop project at 53 Racecourse Road in an area rapidly being targeted for development.
